Scope
This page explains what happens on this domain when a page is viewed and when a link to another site is followed. It covers only what the site itself does. It does not describe, and should not be read as describing, the practices of any site reached through an outbound link.
Visit Recording
When a visitor arrives from a search engine, the site records a small set of details: the page path, the type of event, the name of the referring search engine, and, if an outbound button is clicked, the text of that button. This happens only for arrivals from a search engine, not for every visit. The data is used only to count page views and outbound clicks, and for no other purpose. It is stored in the operator's own logs on this domain. Alongside this, the content delivery network reports the country a request came from, with no finer location detail.
Cookie and Session Flag
- Search-engine cookie — set only when a visit arrives from a search engine, holds nothing but the name of that search engine, lasts up to one hour, and exists only so a later outbound click can be linked to the search engine that brought the visitor here.
- Session view flag — kept in the browser only for the current session, used solely to make sure a single page view is not counted twice.
No other browser storage is set, and no persistent identifier is created.
Pages and Links
Every page on this site is self-contained: the fonts, styling and other files a page needs are served from this domain, so nothing is fetched from an outside host while a page is displayed. The site itself runs as static files delivered through a content delivery network, which handles the technical delivery of each request. Some pages contain outbound links to third-party sites. Following one of these links first passes through a path on this domain, which then redirects the browser to the partner site. No stored visitor data is handed to the partner in that process; once the redirect completes, the partner site receives the request directly from the visitor's browser and keeps its own separate record of that visit. This site has no control over what a partner site does with that request.
Limits
This site has no forms, so it does not collect anything a visitor might type in. It does not use third-party analytics and loads no external subresources, so no outside service observes a page while it is open. It offers no contact channel of any kind. There is no login, registration or account, and no names, e-mail addresses, payment details or other personal identifiers are collected, stored or shared. Because none of these mechanisms exist here, the site has nothing to ask consent for beyond the single short-lived cookie described above, and nothing to hold that would require an account or a personal detail from a reader.
